KINETICS OF HOMOGENEOUS PHASE ALCOHOL ETHER SYNTHESIS IN A CONTINUOUS TUBULAR REACTOR

摘要 利用连续管式反应器对以KOH为催化剂的均液相月桂醇乙氧基化反应合成醇醚的动力学进行了研究,获得了其简化的动力学模型和反应速度常数k。测得活化能为82.81kJ/mol,比普通搅拌反应釜测得的值约高30%,连续管式反应器所得产品的相对分子质量分布相对较窄。 The kinetics of homogeneous phase dodecyl alcohol ethoxylation for alcohol ether synthesis has been studied in the presence of KOH catalyst with a continuous tubular reactor. A simplified kinetic model and the reaction rate constant were obtained. The activation energy obtained was 82.81 kJ/mol which was about 30% higher than that obtained from stirring reactor. The molecular weight distribution of the product obtained from the continuous tubular reactor was relatively narrow.
