摘要
采用高密度电荷阳离子聚电解质(粘均相对分子质量260万、阳离子度45%)对油污泥进行混凝处理,该方法实现了油污泥中油、水、泥渣三相分层,油品回收率为50%~85%,混凝分离出的水达到工业排放要求.机理研究表明,高密度电荷阳离子聚电解质的综合混凝作用,不仅可以使粘土颗粒表面ζ电位中和到0mV,而且有效的絮凝清除了粒径在20μm以下的微细颗粒.
Having been treated by cationic polyelectrolyte with high density charge(viscosity average molecular weight 260×10 4,cationic character 45%),oily sludges were separated into oil, water and the cake respectively,with the rate of oil recovery being 50%~85%,and separated water meeting the requirements about sewage draining of national standard. The multiple flocculation action of cationic polyelectrolyte with high density charge could not only make the Zeta potential of particle surface neutralized to 0 mV,but also make the fine grains (diameter under 20 μm) effectively flocculated and swept away.
