摘要
探讨Tencel纤维纯纺及其混纺织物无PVA上浆效果。对浆料配方进行了优选,确定以CP-L、CL-08为主浆料对Tencel纤维织物进行上浆。通过合理制定各品种的车速-压浆力工艺曲线,采取一系列有效措施,使上浆率横向差异、浆液含固率、浆槽黏度、浆纱车速等工艺参数的波动得到有效控制,Tencel纤维织物的织机效率达到90%以上。
Sizing effects of pure tencel fabric and Tencel blended fabric without PVA were discussed. Sizing instruction was optimized,CP-L and CL-08 were selected as main size mixture. Through setting machine speed ＆ sizing pressure processing curve rationally,a series of effective measures were adopted,horizontal sizing percentage difference, sizing solid content, viscosity of sizing box, sizing speed et al fluctuation could he controlled effectively,loom efficiency of Tencel fibre fabric could reach above 90%.
