摘要
试验了一体式膜生物反应器对于猪场污水的处理效果,结果表明,COD混凝平均去除率达44.7%,NH3-N混凝去除效果差;在平均容积负荷(COD)高达2.5 kg/(m3.d)的情况下,MBR对于COD和NH3-N的去除率分别达到了87.1%-93.4%、79.1%-88.7%;系统COD和NH3-N总去除率分别为93.0%-96.0%、81.7%-89.9%,出水COD、NH3-N达到了《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB18596-2001)。
In this paper,the effect of treatment of swine wastewater by a submerged membrane bioreactor is studied.The results show that the average COD removal efficiency reaches 44.7% and that of NH3-N by coagulation is lower;the removal efficiency of COD and NH3-N can reach 87.1%-93.4% and 79.1%-88.7% respectively with the average volumetric loading rate(COD) of 2.5 kg/(m3·d);the total removal efficiency of COD and NH3-N of the system can reach 93.0%-96% and 81.7%-89.9% respectively and the effluent COD and NH3-N meet the requirements of "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Livestock and Poultry Breeding(GB18596-2001)".
