摘要
目的探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)合并低钠血症的治疗及预后。方法对CHF合并低钠血症的患者在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上,采用限水并补充高渗盐水治疗,对治疗情况进行对比分析。结果稀释性低钠血症显效32例,好转16例,总有效率为98.0%。缺钠性低钠血症显效39例,好转18例,总有效率为96.6%。结论CHF合并低钠血症患者适量补充高渗盐水以维持正常血钠水平,改善慢性心功能衰竭近期预后。
Objective To explore the treatment of the Chronic congestive heart failure（CHF）comb ined hyonatremia.Methods Based on the conventional anti-heart failure treatment to 108 atients of CHF combined hyonatremia.1imited water and added to the hyertonic saline.and analysis these treatments.Results Dilutional hyonatremia markedly effective in 32 cases,16 cases improv ed,the total effective rate was 98.0%.Lack of sodium hyerliemia markedly effective in 39 cases,18 cases improved.The total effective rate was 96.6%.Conclusion To maintain normal serum sodium level by adding hyer-tonic saline Aroriate to atients of CHF combined hyonatremia can improve the short—term rognosis in chronic heart failure.
