CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检142例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨CT定位下经皮肺穿刺活检的临床应用价值。方法采用意大利普立塞18G(长度10cm;15cm)型弹簧切割式活检针在CT定位下对142例患者行经皮肺穿刺活检术。结果142例均穿刺成功,阳性率96.5%,发生严重气胸1例。结论CT引导下肺穿刺活检对肺部病变确诊率高、并发症少,是一种简便、安全有效、实用的检查方法。
