摘要
腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是骨科的常见病和多发病,以腰痛、下肢放射痛为主要临床表现。其中,自身免疫的异常在其发生发展的过程中发挥了重要的作用。本综述从免疫学方面详细阐述了腰椎间盘突出症的发病机制、临床表现及诊断治疗,为开辟腰椎间盘突出症患者新的治疗方案提供了有力的佐证。
Lumbar Disc Herniation （LDH） is common and frequently encountered disease in department of orthopaedics. Sciatic Neuralgia and Lumbago are major clinical manifestations. Abnormality of autoimmunity plays an important role in the process of development and progression of LDH. This review elucidates immunologically pathogenesis, clinic manifestation diagnosis and treatment of LDH, which provides powerful evidences for novel therapies of Lumbar Disc Herniation patients.
