摘要 近年来,市场营销专业人才需求旺盛,其中综合素质高、进入角色块的高职院校营销毕业生很受欢迎。为了培养适应市场需求的人才,高职院校应该借鉴国外经验建设实践教学体系,抓住三个特性建设实践基地,并建立营销实践团队训练学生的营销实践能力。 Recently the requirement of talents in the major of marketing is blooming,and graduates in the major of higher vocational marketing with the high comprehensive quality and rapid entrance into the role is well popular.In order to train such talents who can adapt market demand,higher vocational colleges should take practical teaching system of foreign experience construction for reference,catch hold of three characteristic constructing practical bases,and construct marketing practical team for training student's marketing practical competence.
