穹隆—海马伞切断与卵巢切除对AD大鼠脑组织BDNF表达的影响

摘要 目的进一步探讨脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)在阿尔茨海默病(AD)发生、发展中的作用。方法将20只大鼠随机分为四组各5只,双侧卵巢切除组(OVX组)行双侧卵巢切除,双侧穹隆—海马伞切断组(FF组)行双侧穹隆—海马伞切断,双侧卵巢切除加双侧穹隆—海马伞切断组(OF组)分别行上述手术,对照组不行任何手术。应用免疫细胞组织化学技术观察各组海马CA1区、皮质区、杏仁复合体区、基底前脑Meynert核区BDNF蛋白表达变化。结果双侧卵巢切除和双侧穹隆—海马伞切断与否对不同部位脑组织BDNF阳性细胞的表达存在显著的交互效应(P<0.01)。结论BDNF数量下降与AD的发生、发展密切相关。
