地面垂直钻孔抽放邻近层沼气

摘要 介绍了试验区概况、试验过程、钻孔布置方式及抽放效果等,同时对主要工艺参数进行了对比分析。 The Zhangba Inclined Shaft of No. 5 Mine, Yangquan Coal Mine Administration is a high gassy mine.Due to a special roadway layout for nonpillar min ing, a gas drainage method with drill hole through mine roof is limited in application in the mine.To have a safety production in No. 15 seam mining. a trial test of gas drainage in adjacent seam with vertical hole at surface was conducted. The auther made introductions on the conditions of the trial area, drill hole pattern at surface, trial process and results. A comparison analysis was conducted on the main technical data. The trial shown that with geo(?)ogical conditions not too deep in thickness of overburden and less small terrene relief, the gas drainage in adjacent seam with vertical hole at surface is an effective precaution to have a safety production and simplify the gas drainage system in underground mine. With the gas drainage method with vertical hole at surface,the gas drainage volume is high and stable,the duration of gas drainage is longer than the gas drainago in underground and the drainage rate could be upto 80%. The rational technical date are the h(?)e diameter larger than 89 mm, space clearance between holes about 100 m, the clearance between the bottom of hole and the r(?) of mining seam about 30 to 40m, the negative pressure for the gas drainage about 2000 to 10000 Pa, the depth of drill hole not less than 50 m and not over 200m.
