摘要
根据我国现行招标投标法,界定经评审的最低合理投标价法的含义,证明该法对我国市场经济条件下的建筑市场具有十分重要的意义,并探讨科学实施经评审的最低合理投标价法的做法。
According to current applicable Invitation and Submission of Bids Law of China, meaning of reviewed lowest reasonable bid price is defined, and it is approved that the Law is very significant for the building market of China under market economy conditions. Practices on scientific application of reviewed lowest reasonable bid price method are discussed.
