摘要
在钨冶炼工艺中,仲钨酸铵的物性直接影响其后还原钨粉的性质,所以制取物性良好的仲钨酸铵非常重要。综述了生成条件与仲钨酸铵物性之间的关系,着重从内在机制方面论述了结晶方法、温度、过饱和度(起始WO3浓度,NH4Cl浓度,溶液中的杂质)、pH值、搅拌速度、晶种、补加(NH4)2WO3溶液、结晶时间、结晶终点母液密度、表面活性剂、真空度及其他因素对仲钨酸铵物性的影响。
In tungsten hydrometallurgical process, ammonium paratungstate nature affects directly tungsten powder nature,so it is very important to prepare good physical properties ammonium paratungstate. In this article,the relations between ammonium paratungstate physical properties and control conditions are summarized. The focus of this article is on influencing mechanisms of some factors on ammonium paratungstate physical properties. The factores are crystallization method, temperature, degree of supersaturation of solution(WO3 initial concentration, NH4 Cl concentration, impurities in solution), pH range, agitation rate, seed crystal, supplements (NH4)2 WO3 solution, crystallization period, crystallization end point mother liquor density, surfactant,vacuum degree and so on.
