摘要
目的:探索牛磺酸对应激性心肌损伤的保护机理。方法:以异丙肾上腺素(ISO)诱导的大鼠应激为模型,测定应激大鼠血清和心肌中T3、T4水平及心肌与肝脏中T45-脱单碘酶(T45-DI)活性的变化。结果:ISO组大鼠血清、心肌中T3水平及心肌与肝脏中T45-DI活性显著高于对照组,T4水平显著低于对照组;而牛磺酸组除血清中T3和心肌中T45-DI活性显著高于对照组、低于ISO组外,血清中T4和心肌中T3、T4水平及肝脏中T45-DI活性与对照组未见显著差异。结论:牛磺酸可通过纠正应激大鼠甲状腺激素代谢亢进来减轻T3过量所致心肌能源耗竭,保护心肌免受应激损伤。
Isoproterenol (ISO) induced acute stress in rats was adopted as a model and content of thyroid hormone (T 3、T 4) in serum and myocardium, T 4 5 DI activity in myocardium and liver were measured. As compared with the control group, T 3 in serum and myocardium, T 4 5 DI activity in myocardium and liver of ISO group were significantly increased, while T 4 in serum and myocardium was significantly reduced. When taurine was injected, it could significantly inhibit above changes caused by ISO. Conclusion:Taurine could protect myocardium from stress induced damage by inhibiting hypermetabolism of thyroid hormone and alleviating energy exhaustion by excessive production of T 3 in stressed rats.
