长沙市城区职业人群血脂紊乱和高血糖、高血压及代谢综合征患病率的调查 被引量:4

Investigation on Prevalence Rates of Dyslipidemia,Hyperglycemia,Hypertension,and Metabolic Syndrome Among Occupational Population in Urban Areas of Changsha

摘要 目的了解长沙市城区职业人群血脂异常,高血糖、高血压及代谢综合征(MS)的患病率及其特点。方法调查该城区来湖南省马王堆医院体检的公务员、公司职员、教科卫生人员共9 880名的身高、体重和血压、血检测血糖、血脂。采用中华医学会糖尿病学分会(CDS)诊断标准确定MS患者。结果被调查人群中血脂紊乱的患病率为33.5%(3 310例),符合高血糖诊断标准的共有504例,患病率为5.1%,高血压的患病率15.5%(1 531例),超重肥胖(OB/OW)共检出2 915例,总患病率为29.5%。MS的患病率为11.6%(1 144例),男性患病率(13.5%)高于女性(9.2%),在不同性别组MS患病率均随年龄的增长而上升。调查人群中MS的4个组分中至少有一项阳性的比例高达55%(5 434例)。结论长沙市城区职业人群中MS的患病率较高,高脂血症的患病率和高血压患病率也比较高,因此在人们生活水平提高的同时,加强膳食平衡的营养教育,使居民的饮食更加合理,并应增加体育运动。 Objective To investigate the prevalence rates and clinical characteristics of dyslipidemia, hyperglycemia, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome in professional population in the urban areas of Changsha. Methods Totally 9,880 individuals, including civil servants, company employees, teachers, and health professionals of the unban areas of Changsha, who conducted health examination in Mawangdui Hospital of Hunan Province were investigated; their height, weight, and blood pressure were measured, and their blood glucose and blood lipids were determined. The metabolic syndrome (MS) patients were confirmly diagnosed according to diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Diabetes Society (CDS) of Chinese Medical Association. Results The incidence rate of dyslipideia was 33.5 % (3,310 cases), there were altogether 504 cases accorded with the diagnostic criteria of high - blood glucose, with the incidence rate of 5.1%. The incidence rate of hypertension was 15.5% (1,531 cases). A total of 2,915 patients with overweight/obese (OB/OW) were detected, with the incidence rate of 29.5 %. The incidence rate of MS was i1.6 % (1,144 cases), and the male's morbidity rate (13.5 % ) was higher than that of females (9.2 % ) ; the incidence rate of MS increased with the increment of age in different gender groups. Among the four components of MS, the proportion of at least one positive was up to 55 % (5,434 cases). Conclusions The incidence rates of MS, hyperlipdemia, and hypertension are relatively higher among the professional population in the un- ban areas of Changsha, and therefore with the improvement of people's living standard, it is necessary to develop the nutritional education for the residents' rational diet and advocate them to do more physical exercises.
