摘要
介绍了北京大学化学与分子工程学院中级仪器实验室设计开发的送样测试管理系统。该系统由送样登记系统和测试管理系统组成,其中,送样登记系统设置为开放式的客户界面,毋需注册和登录;测试管理系统为内部管理界面,由仪器组、主管和系统管理员进行多元化管理。此系统界面友好,操作简便,功能全面,实现了送样登记、来样测试的网络化管理以及测试信息的自动查询与统计,显著提高了开放仪器实验室的工作效率和管理水平。
The present article introduces the open and diverse system for client characterization and information management designed and developed by the Intermediate Instrument Laboratory at the College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering in Peking University. The system consists of sample registration and characterization management systems, in which the sample registration system is open for all customers and is available without registration and login, while the characterization management system is operated only by the authorized people including manager, the persons who are in charge of the equipment and system administrator. The system has advantages of friendly interface, operation convenience and comprehensive functions. It allows not only the management of sample registration and characterization through Web, but also tele-inquiry and statistics of related information. It has significantly improved the service level and management efficiency of the open laboratory.
