摘要
通过2007年财政部、教育部布置的仪器设备资产清查工作,发现高校的仪器设备管理工作普遍存在着一些问题,例如管理意识薄弱、设备闲置、管理制度执行力不强等。通过分析,我们认为应从管理制度、队伍建设、设备的维修报废、管理的信息化等方面来规范仪器设备管理,提高资源使用效益。
Through the checking on the facility account by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Educa tion in 2007, some common problems were found in the process of the equipment management, for example, a lot of equipment is on the shelf for years, the management system does not perform well, etc. After the carefully analyzing, it is concluded that strengthening the management of equipment and improving the efficiency of the resource should be focused on the following aspects., the management system, the staff team construction, the management of equipment maintainance, and the information-based management.
