摘要
目的测定不同产地山茱萸中莫诺苷和马钱苷的含量,分析其相关性,以更好地控制山茱萸的质量。方法采用RP-HPLC法。结果在选定的色谱条件下,莫诺苷和马钱苷这二种成分的分离度良好,莫诺苷的回归方程为Y=1.26×106X+9.96×103,r=0.9997,平均回收率为98.44%,RSD为1.8%(n=6),线性范围为0.17-2.04μg;马钱苷的回归方程为Y=1.47×106X+1.52×104,r=0.9994,平均回收率为97.78%,RSD为1.9%(n=6),线性范围为0.06-0.72μg。结论莫诺苷和马钱苷的含量有一定的相关性,本法为简便、快速控制山茱萸的质量提供了依据。
Objective To study the contents of Morroniside and Loganin in Fructus Corni from different places, and find out the correlation between them, and so as to control the quality of Fructus Corni. Methods A RP-HPLC method was used on C18(250 min×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with methanol-H2O(32:68) as mobile phase for Morroniside and Loganin. The detection wavelength of morroniside was at 240 nm and that of Loganin was at 236 nm. Results Morroniside and Loganin had good resolution and linearity under the chosen conditions. The regression equition of Morroniside was Y=1.26× 10^6X+9.96× 10^3, r=0.999 7; the correlation coefficient was 0.9997; the average recovery was 98.44% with RSD of 1.8% (n=6); the Linear range was 0.17-2.04μg. For Loganin the regression equition was Y=1.47×10^6 X+1.52× 10^4; the correlation coefficient was 0.999 4; the average recovery was 97.78% with RSD of 1.9% (n=6); the linear range was 0.06-0.72 μg. Conclusion There were some correlation between morroniside and Loganin. This result privade basis for a simple and quick way to control the quality of Fructus Corrli.
