预氧化强化混凝去除地下水中铁·锰的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]筛选去除地下水中铁和锰的理想预氧化剂。[方法]针对长沙近郊某镇地下水中铁和锰含量较高的特点,通过烧杯试验考察了过氧化氢、高锰酸钾和高锰酸盐复合药剂(PPC)3种氧化剂的预氧化效果。[结果]3种预氧化剂对铁的氧化效率均很高,在试验所进行的投加质量浓度范围内均能使铁的去除率保持在90%以上,其中以PPC对铁的去除率最高。3种预氧化剂对锰的预氧化效果不尽相同,当过氧化氢投加质量浓度为0.13 mg/L时,锰的去除率为25.6%;当高锰酸钾的投加质量浓度为9.25 mg/L时,锰的去除率为87.5%;当PPC投加质量浓度为6.00 mg/L时,锰的去除率为91.7%。[结论]PPC不仅具有预氧化的作用,其还原产物还具有助凝作用,是较为理想的预氧化剂。 [ Objective ] The study aimed to screen out the idea] pre-oxidant of removal of Fe and Mn from the groundwater. [ Method ] Aiming at the feature that the contents of iron and manganese were higher in a town in Changsha suburb, the pre-oxidation effects of 3 kinds of pre-oxidants including hydrogen peroxide ( H2O2 ) , potassium permanganate ( KMnO4 ) and potassium permanganate composite chemicals ( PPC ) were investigated by beaker experiment. [ Result ] The oxidation efficiency of 3 kinds of pre-oxidants to the iron was very high and their removal rate to iron could keep above 90% in the adding dosage concn, range during the experiment, among them, the removal rate of PPC to the iron was the highest. The pre-oxidation effects of 3 kinds of pre-oxidants to manganese were not the same:the removal rate to manganese was 25.6% when the adding dosage of H202 was 0.13 mg/L; the removal rate to manganese was 87.5% when the adding dosage of KMnO4 was 9.25 mg/L; the removal rate to manganese was 91.7% when the adding dosage of PPC was 6.00 mg/L. [ Conclusion] PPC not only had the role of pre-oxidation, but also its reduction product had the role of coagulation aid, which was a quite ideal pre-oxidant.
