马齿苋中类黄酮及单宁含量的测定 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]为马齿苋的综合开发提供科学依据。[方法]采用乙醇浸提法测定马齿苋中类黄酮含量,并用分光光度法测定马齿苋中单宁的含量。[结果]建立了计算马齿苋中类黄酮含量的线性方程:y=0.111 2x-0.000 5(y为吸光度;x为芦丁溶液浓度),相关系数R=0.999 1;计算单宁含量的线性方程:y=0.074 1x+0.003 3(y为吸光度;x为单宁酸标准溶液浓度),相关系数R=0.999 5。两者的浓度和吸光度之间都存在极显著的线性关系。并测定出马齿苋中类黄酮及单宁的含量分别为(12.05±0.18)、(10.64±0.26)mg/g。[结论]该结果可为充分利用马齿苋这一植物资源提供参考。 [ Objective ] The scientific basis of the comprehensive development of common purslane ( Portulaca oleracea) was provided through the experiment. [ Method ] The content of total flavonoids and tannin in common purslane was determined with ethanol extraction and spectro- photometry method. [ Results ] The linear equation: y = 0. 1112x -0. 000 5 (y, absorbance and x, the concentration of Rutin standard solution), of the calculation of flavonoid content in common purslane was established and the correlation coefficient R was 0. 999 1 ; calculated tannin content of the linear equation : y = 0. 074 1 x + 0. 003 3 (y is absorbanee ; x for the concentration of tannic acid standard solution) , the correlation coefficient R = 0. 999 5. The linear relationship between the concentration and absorbance of was significant. The content of flavonoids and tannin in common purslane was (12.05 ±0.18) and (10.64 ±0.26) mg/g, respectively. [ Conclusion] The result could be re- ferred for the full use of common purslane.
