摘要
[目的]研究3种木犀科药用植物花粉形态特征,为木犀科药用植物的孢粉学研究提供资料。[方法]利用扫描电镜对木犀科的迎春(J.nudiflorum)、连翘(F.suspensa)和金钟花(F.viridissima)3种药用植物的花粉形态进行观察和比较。[结果]3种木犀科植物的花粉粒赤道面观呈椭圆形、卵圆形,极面观呈3裂圆球形、3裂片状,外壁表面具有清楚的网状雕纹,网眼大小不等,呈不规则形,但不同类型之间存在差异。[结论]该研究可为这3种木犀科植物的种间鉴别提供参考依据。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the pollen morphological characteristics of three species of medicinal plants of Oleaceae and provide data for the palynology study on the medicinal plants of Oieaceae. [ Method] The pollen morphology of three species of medicinal plants of Oleaceae （ J. nudiflorum, F. suspense and F. viridissima ） were observed and compared by using scanning electron microscope. [ Result ] The pollens of three plants were elliptic and oval shape at the angle of equator, while they were round ball and sliver with three splits at the polar angle. The ektexine of pollens possessed distinct reticulation sculpture with different meshes. Differences were found in three species. [ Conclusion] The research provided the reference basis for the species identification of three kinds of Oleaceae plants.
