全断面盾构掘进机管片拼装系统的技术现状研究 被引量:5

Research on the technical status of the segment-erection system for the full shield tunneling machine

摘要 作为盾构掘进系统的一个关键子系统,管片拼装机是一种典型的复杂机电液产品。文章概述了全断面盾构掘进机管片拼装系统的工作原理,分析了国内外典型拼装机产品的技术现状及目前存在的问题。并根据隧道管片拼装的工作特点,提出了基于混联构型的管片拼装机的构型设计方案。 Shield segment erecter is a key subsystem in the shield tunneling system, which is one typical complex hydraulic and mechatronic product. This paper discusses the working principle of the full shield segment-erection system and analyzes the technical status and existing problems of the segment erector at home and abroad. Then, According to the work features of the tunnel segment erector, the configuration design of the hybrid segment erector is proposed.
