年轻人颞下颌关节紊乱病就诊相关因素的分析

摘要 颞下颌关节紊乱病是口腔颌面部常见疾病之一，主要临床表现为关节区或咀嚼肌疼痛、下颌运动障碍和关节弹响。病情迁延的患者常常伴有头痛，面颊、颞区、枕区等部位的慢陛疼痛和感觉异常。在颞下颌关节疾病中，本病发病率较高，但就诊率较低。笔者对本市324名颞下颌关节紊乱病年轻患者就诊的相关因素进行分析，目的在于了解颞下颌关节紊乱病患者就诊的原因及就诊前对颞下颔关节紊乱病的认知程度，以便更好地普及口腔保健知识。
