摘要
对机组轴线产生摆度的原因进行了分析,简述了机组轴线智能检测系统的检测原理和系统的组成。检测系统由以AT89C52单片机为核心的前端摆度检测仪和上位PC机两部分组成,检测仪完成机组轴线摆度的采集、传输;PC机完成数据优化处理、图形显示和存储等。系统充分利用了单片机和计算机的特点,将数据采集、机组轴线优化调整和数据管理集于一体。
