摘要
面向环境质量机能展开(QFDE)方法被应用到变速箱的设计和制造过程中,首先在传统用户需求基础上引入环境需求,建立起需求与工程特征间的质量屋,接着通过工程特征与零件特征的质量展开,找出关键零件特征,通过建立齿轮零件特征与其工艺特征间面向环境的工艺设计质量屋,对工艺设计进行环境影响分析,以此配置其生产过程控制的质量屋。
Quality Function Deployment for Environmen(tQFDE)is applied in the design and man-ufacturing processes of gear box.Voices of Environment and Customer are considered simultaneously in the QFDE.House of Quality(HOQ)is constructed for deploying those voices to Engineer Metrics(EM),and then the EM is deployed into Part Characteristics(PC)for mining the key part characteristics.The HOQ of process planning for environment is constructed for analysis the relationship between characteris-tics of gear and process planning,and the HOQ of manufacturing process control is deployed.
