摘要
通过分析内摆线内燃机产生不平衡惯性力的运动质量,分别针对往复惯性力和旋转惯性力设计了箱体双平衡轴和曲柄臂配重。并且通过Adams对内摆线内燃机的动平衡进行了仿真。结果表明利用双轴平衡机构及曲柄臂配重,有效的平衡了内摆线内燃机的往复惯性力和旋转惯性力,降低了内燃机的振动。
Two balancing shafts of engine house and counterbalance of crank web are designed to e-liminate reciprocating inertia force and rotary inertia force by analyzing moving mass of hypocycloid inter-nal-combustion Engine.And dynamic balance of is simulated in ADAMS.The result show that two balanc-ing shafts and counterbalance of crank web that is designed can eliminates reciprocating inertia force and rotary inertia force effectively and decrease vibration evidently.
