摘要
针对离散型车间布局的特点,提出了基于模糊综合评价的车间布局模型。影响布局设计的物流关系及非物流关系之间具有动态性以及不确定性的特点,选择绿色制造强调的影响指标,建立层次化的综合评价指标体系,将影响布局的各个指标进行量化,对生产区域间相互关系进行模糊综合评判,得到综合相关图并产生最优布局方案。以某阀门车间为例验证了该方法的可行性。
A layout model is proposed based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method according to the characteristic of discrete type workshop layout.For the characteristics of dynamic and uncertainty be-tween logistics relationship and non-logistics relationship which Influence layout design,the impact targets that green manufacturing emphasized were selected,a comprehensive evaluation target system was estab-lished,targets impacted layout were quantified,inter-relationship among production regions were compre-hensively evaluated,then comprehensive relationship map and best layout program were generated.A case study of valve Workshop is discussed,which confirmed the feasibility of this method.
