摘要
超声加工是一种新型的特种加工方法,它特别适合于不导电、硬脆和难熔材料加工。这里设计并制造出一种的超声钻,并对其进行了理论和实验研究。采用有限元法对超声钻的换能器部分和钻杆部分进行了模态分析和谐响应分析。通过实验测试的方法,对超声钻进行了测试,验证了有限元分析的结果。同时针对7种不同的材料进行了钻孔实验,对超声钻的性能进行了评估。
Ultrasonic machining is a novel manufacture method,which is suitable for machining of nonconductive,brittle,hard and infusible material.It a type of ultrasonic driller is designed and machined by theory and experiment.Finite element method is used to analyze the modal analysis and harmonic re-sponse of transducer and drill stem.Experiments were done to test the ultrasonic tool and verified the FEA results.Drilling experiments have been done for seven different materials to test the performance of the ul-trasonic driller.
