摘要
共振是机械结构设计研究是不可忽视的问题,尤其是在航天领域,卫星发射时会产生主频率在(0-100)Hz振动,为了保证仪器的安全,要求载荷避免发生共振。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对航天摆镜的结构设计方案进行模态分析,得到了系统前6阶固有振动频率和振型,结果表明摆镜系统在(0-100)HZ以内不会产生共振,达到了设计要求。这些数据还为传动伺服控制系统提供了必要依据。
Resonance is a non-neglectable problem for the study of machinery mechanism design.Especially,Space Machinery mechanism shouldn’t occur resonance between(0~100)HZ.By the use of fi-nite element analytical software ANSYS to carrying out modality analysis on the designing structures the vibration characteristics of structure can be obtained.Modality analysis was carried out in this paper on a swing mirror,and the preceding 6 ordered inherent frequencies and vibration type of the swing mirror were obtained.As a result,the swing mirror system is safe in(0~100)Hz,these data provided foundations for the automatic control of rotary speed of the milling planning rotor.
