摘要
人事档案管理是高校工作的重要组成部分。目前很多高校的人事档案管理还不规范。高校人事档案管理要走上规范化道路,就要加强领导,增强档案意识;健全管理体制;完善人事档案的信息内容;推进人事档案管理信息化;积极完善人事档案管理法规和提升管理人员的专业水平等。
Management of personnel file is an important component in University work.At present,a lot of universities do not regulate the management of personnel files.To standardized personnel management,it is necessary to strengthen leadership,to perfect a sound management system,to improve the information content of personnel files and information management records,and to improve the personnel management regulations and professional skills of the managers.
