摘要
通过花药培养选育出RW02,RW04,RW07,RW08,RW09,RW11等6个抗白粉病小麦新品系。其中以RW02的杂交组合CA8646/贵农88-1的培养能力最强,平均每百个花药再生绿苗1.94株。用美国、德国和英国的17个白粉病菌系和21个已知基因品系对上述6个小麦新品系进行抗性基因推导,发现RW04、RW07携带有Pm2基因,RW02、RW08和RW09携带有Pm4a基因,而RW11可能有一个新基因,尚需与Pm18基因进行比较,才能最后确认。
The anthers of four F 1 Hybrids of common wheat,Fengkang 13/Guinong 87 39,CA8646/Guinong 88 1,CA8695/Guinong 88 1,Jing 411/14 th 007,were cultured in vitro.Six wheat new lines resistant to powdery mildew were obtained,that is RW02,RW04,RW07,RW08,RW09,and RW11.Ability to culture of the cross CA8646 with Guinong 88 1 was the best in the four crosses. 1.94 green plants were obtained in 100 anthers.The resistance of new lines to 17 isolates of Blumeria graminis f.sp. tritici was identified in the six new wheat lines and compared with 21 rcsistance lines with known genes from Pm1 to Pm21.The results showed that the RW04 and RW07 have Pm2 gene,RW02,RW08 and RW09 carry Pm4a.RW11 carries a new resistance gene.
