摘要
论述了工程总承包的特点和方式,介绍了工程总承包管理的内容,分析了工程总承包的管理组织,以促进建设工程项目总承包管理的应用,提高我国建设工程项目管理的总体水平。
The characteristics and modes of engineering general contracting are discussed.The management contents of general contract for construction project are introduced.In the end management and organization of engineering general contracting are analyzed,in order to promote the application of the general contracting management in construction works and upgrade whole management level of construction projects in our country.
