摘要
腹杆的倾角α是平行弦型钢桁架结构设计的一个重要参数。目前的设计规范规定角α的变化范围为30°≤α≤60°。但在设计中α角究竟取何值才能使设计出的桁架用料最省且造价最低,至今理论上还没有明确的结论。本文对这个问题进行了研究,在考虑了结构的强度及稳定条件的基础上,利用"压杆稳定设计直接法"这一理论工具,建立了优化设计的数学模型,然后用数值方法进行求解,导出了α角最优值的实用计算公式。算例分析证明了本文结论的可靠性,为桁架结构的优化设计提供了理论依据。
The inclined angle αof ventral pole is an important parameter of parallel chord steel truss structure design. At present, the angle α varies between 30°≤α≤60°in the design specifications. However, in design of truss, what these parameters are can only make the designed truss the most economic, so far any clear conclusion for it hasn' t been reached. In this paper this question has been studied on the basis of the condition of strength and stability and the mathematical mould of optimal design has been established. And then it is solved in an approximate method and the optimal solution of the structural parameters has been derived, which provides theoretical foundation for the optimal design of the truss.
