摘要
目的建立测定熊胆降热丸中儿茶素含量的方法。方法采用LunaC18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(8:92),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为280nm,柱温为35℃。结果儿茶素9.62~231.00μg·mL-1与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率为95.88%,重复性试验的RSD=0.63%(n=6)。结论所建方法简便、快速、准确,适用于熊胆降热丸的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of catechin in Xiongdan Jiangre pill. METHODS The Luna C18 column( 150 mm ×4.6mm,5μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(8 : 92) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detective wavelength was 280 nm and the colunm temperature was maintained at 35℃. RESULTS The linear range of catechin was 9.62 - 231.00μg· mL^ -1 ( r = 0. 9996). The average recovery was 95.88%. The relative standard deviation of reproducibility was 0.63% ( n = 6). CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which is suitable for assaying of the eateehin in Xiong danJiangre pill.
