竞争性、合作性薪酬结构对组织成员间知识共享的影响研究——个体特性的调节作用 被引量:8

摘要 竞争和合作作为组织生活的两个方面,会影响组织成员间的知识共享。研究了竞争性、合作性薪酬结构对组织成员间知识共享的影响机制,探讨了组织成员的个体特性对薪酬结构和组织成员之间知识共享关系的调节作用,在此基础上提出了命题和概念模型。 Competition and cooperation as two aspects of life may influence the knowledge sharing in organization. This paper analysis the effects of competition and cooperation reward structure on knowledge sharing, then we exploring the moderate effects of personal trait. Finally, we put forward proposition and model.
