摘要
虚假广告对社会经济运行危害巨大。不仅给消费者带来财产的损失,更为严重的是会危及他人的身体健康和生命安全,对社会的公共秩序和社会利益造成损害。我们应结合我国具体国情,借鉴国外的先进立法,修改完善广告法律法规,建立权威、统一、协调的法律法规体系;并采取各种措施对虚假广告予以规制,以期经济有序良性运行。
False advertising is harmful to socio-economic operation. It can bring consumers property losses. What' s even worse, it can endanger people' s life, social order and public interests. We should combine China's specific national conditions, draw on advanced foreign legislation, revise and improve the advertising laws and regulations in order to establish the authority of a unified and coordinated system of laws and regulations, and take various measures regulate false advertising to ensure a healthy and orderly economy.
