摘要
考虑一种基于无线射频技术(RFID)的乳制品安全风险控制体系,通过建立乳制品供应链的可追溯系统。利用RFID能快速、自动且准确采集与存储信息等特性,完成乳制品在整个产品供应链上的追踪和溯源,最终实现乳制品安全风险的有效控制。
In this article, we consider an RFID-based security risk control system of dairy products, and establish a Traceability Information Management System of dairy supply chain. Since that RFID technology can collect and storage f information fast, automatically and accurately, we can realize the tracking and traceability of dairy products throughout the whole supply chain, and finally to control security risk of dairy products effectively.
