摘要
论述了细分网格模型在车身外流场仿真中的计算网格贴体性、仿真精度、建模改型效率以及设计运用方法。以一气动理想形体的风洞实验进行了实例验证。综合理论分析和实验得出:经表面特征修正后的网格模型具有类似NURBS模型的仿真精度,并具有较高的改型效率和自由度,如果和NURBS模型结合运用将能够满足汽车设计过程中对概念和工程的兼顾。
This paper discussed the following problems,such as computing meshing definition,simulation precision,modeling efficiency and design methods of the subdivision mesh model used in automobile flow field simulation.The wind tunnel test of an aerodynamics ideal model was taken as an example.It comes to that the simulation precision of subdivision mesh model after improving surface features is as good as NURBS model,at the same time it has the advantage of high modeling efficiency and unrestricted modification,in the design processes if it can be combined together with NURBS model,then the requests on both conception and engineering can be fulfilled.
