参芪扶正注射液对心力衰竭大鼠心肌纤维化的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察参芪扶正注射液对阿霉素诱导的心力衰竭大鼠心肌纤维化(myocardialfibrosis,MF)的抑制作用,探讨其抗心力衰竭的可能机制。方法60只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为6组,空白对照组、模型组、卡托普利组、参芪小剂量组、参芪中剂量组及参芪大剂量组。除空白对照组外,其他大鼠均于实验开始后第1天腹膜内注射阿霉素。药物干预8周后,将SD大鼠麻醉处死,迅速取心脏标本。用免疫组化法检测心肌Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白表达。结果模型组Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白表达明显高于空白对照组(P<0.01),与模型组比较,各药物治疗组可不同程度减少胶原表达,其中参芪扶正注射液中剂量组Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白表达显著下降(P<0.01),参芪大剂量组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液可抑制心肌Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白表达改善心肌纤维化,从而达到抗心力衰竭作用。
