摘要
分别运用磨细、添加电石渣以及喷洒化学改性剂等方法改善高钙粉煤灰的安定性不良问题,采用"喷—烘—磨"的处理工艺,在添加3%的化学改性剂和15%的电石渣的条件下,将高钙灰磨至细度5%,当高钙粉煤灰的添加量提高至60%时,其水泥浆体的安定性仍然符合国家标准,解决了榆林高钙粉煤灰在混凝土中的大掺量应用问题。
Soundness of high calcium fly ash was improved using grinding, the addition of calcium carbide sludge and the spray of chemical additives.in the condition of adding 3% chemical additives and 15% calcium carbide sludge ,high calcium fly was grinded to 5%.The results show that the Le Chatelier's expansion value of the cement paste with more than 60% HCFA still conformed to the code.The study solves the problem of the large scale additive of high calcium fly ash to concrete.
