摘要
筛选出桑黄多糖最佳提取工艺。采取正交设计试验优选桑黄多糖提取工艺;通过对醇沉法、壳聚糖吸附法的比较,选出最佳精制工艺。桑黄多糖最佳提取工艺为:按1:14的料水比进行浸泡12h,然后在100℃恒温下,进行30min超声提取,重复提取3次。精制方法采用壳聚糖吸附法。
Choose the best preparation of the Phellinus igniarius polysaccharide. The best extraction method of the'polysaccharide was determined by orthogonal design; Through the compare of the ethanol extraction and chitosan absorbing purification, choosing the best extraction method. The best extraction method of the polysaccharide of the Phellinus igniarius was: At first, the Phellinus igniarius was soaked in water about 12 hours, and then when the temperature of extraction was 100 ℃, the solvent-water and the material is 14:1, extract 3 times during 30 min in supersonic wave. The chitosan absorbing purification was used to extract polysaccharide. Conclusion: the Phellinus igniarius polysaccharide extracted through the best method was very pure, and the proportion is 1.46 % ,which means that extracting 1.46 g pure polysaccharide of the Phellinus igniarius per 100 g crude drug.
