摘要
聚氯乙烯是世界五大通用塑料之一,产量用量极大,应用范围极广。但它热稳定性差,在加热条件下会发生自动催化的脱氯化氢反应,在加工过程中必须添加热稳定剂,以防止变色、降解。相应地,热稳定剂的发展与聚氯乙烯制品的发展息息相关。本文综述了国内外PVC热稳定剂的生产现状、应用研究进展、消费情况,分析了稳定剂的发展趋势,对稳定剂工业的发展趋势做了预测,提出我国PVC稳定剂应向低毒、无污染、复合、高效等方向发展。
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is the one of the five biggest general plastic, which has very enormous output and consumption. However, it is well known that PVC has poor thermal stability. PVC is unstable when subjected to heat and they initiate a self -aecelerating dehydrochlorination reaction. Stabilizers neutralize the HC1 produced that prevent further degradation. So stabilizers play a very important role in PVC formulation. In order to prevent PVC from changing color and decomposing, heat stabilizers are a neeessary eomponent in PVC products. In this paper, a review has been made systematically in the field of heat stabilizer for PVC, especially in the current situation, applied research, consumption, future development in China Stabilizers industry were elaborated. Stabilizer should be low toxicity, non-pollution, complex, efficient .
