摘要
针对广东某火力发电厂升压站220kV断路器机构箱防跳跃回路在调试过程中,发现合上断路器并保持合闸指令,然后发出跳闸令,断路器跳闸后不会出现合闸;而结束合闸令后,断路器再次合闸,实际上没有实现防跳跃功能,分析后得知主要是防跳跃继电器返回时间比合闸继电器快造成的,提出了改装延时继电器或不加继电器只改造回路的两种解决方法,经过对比后选用了既经济又成熟的解决方案,达到了保障系统供电可靠性和安全稳定运行的目的。
In the debugging test of 220 kV circuit breaker operation box anti-jump circuit in a Guangdong steam-power plant booster station, we found if we sent a tripping order after switching on circuit breaker and keeping switching dictation, circuit breaker didn't switch after tripping and switched again after switching dictation. It is considered due to the return time of anti-jump relay was faster than that of closing relay. After contrast and analysis, this paper chooses an economical and effective resolution from two methods: delay relay installation or loop conversion, which can ensure system power distribution reliability and stable running.
