摘要
农作物秸秆纤维素和半纤维素的高效糖化是秸秆转化为乙醇等化工原料的关键技术之一。本文以玉米芯为材料,对其纤维素和半纤维素的碱液分离以及纤维素裂解成可发酵糖的条件进行研究。结果表明:固液比为1:90,氢氧化钠浓度为2.5mol·L-1,沸水浴14h,玉米芯纤维素含量达到93.73%,半纤维素回收率为76.96%;分离获得的玉米芯纤维素经温度121℃、时间40min和硫酸浓度22%处理后,酸解率达到98.85%。
The key of transforming the straw to chemical materials,like ethanol,is the cellulose and hemicellulose of the crop is saccharified efficiently.In this paper,the conditions of separating cellulose and hemicellulose and acidolysising the cellulose to fermentable sugars were optimized.The result is: after boiling water bath for 14h in 2.5mol·L^-1,cellulose and hemicellulose was separated when the solid-to-liquid ratio was 1: 90.The purity of cellulose is 93.73%,and the yield of hemicellulose was 76.96%.If the pure cellulose was hydrolyzed in
solution of sulphuric acid for 40min when the content of sulphuric acid was 22% and temperature was 121℃.The hydrolyzing ratio was 98.85%.
