摘要
以4株常用双歧杆菌为受试菌,研究百合浸提液对双歧杆菌增殖和活性的促进作用。结果表明,按5%添加百合浸提液的培养基中4株双歧杆菌的菌体浓度(A600值及活菌计数)均明显高于空白对照,其中,两歧双歧杆菌和长双歧杆菌甚至高于双歧因子阳性对照;菌液pH值也均低于空白对照。4株双歧杆菌发酵含有百合浸提液的牛乳后,凝乳时间均缩短,乳液的滴定酸度高于空白对照,pH值也相应降低。
Growth-promoting effects of Lily extract on Bifidobacterium were studied with four common Bifidobacteria. The results showed that A600 values and plate counts of bacteria liquid of all four tested strains added Lily extract by 5% were higher than the blank control group, and even higher than positive control group in Bifidobacterium bifidum and Bifidobacterium longun. Coagulation times of the fermented milk with four strains were decreased significantly by adding Lily extract. Meanwhile, titratable acidities were more than that of blank control group while the pH values were correspondingly lower.
