摘要
本文从我国渔业水域生态环境面临的主要问题、国外渔业生态环境修复进展趋势以及我国渔业水域生态环境保护与修复现状三个方面,通过比较分析的方法,结合我国国情和现状,对渔业水域生态环境及其修复进行了系统研究,认为随着我国经济的快速发展,水域生态环境污染和破坏日趋严重,渔业水域面临生态荒漠化的严重威胁,渔业水域生态环境恶化已经成为新时期我国渔业稳定持续发展的主要制约因素。加强渔业水域生态环境的保护、修复和合理利用,是我国渔业发展亟待解决的重大关键问题。
This paper made a system analysis of ecological environment and its rehabilitation through three aspects including main problems in ecological environment of fishery waters area in China, tendency of progress on rehabilitation for fishery ecological environment in foreign countries and current situation of conservation and rehabilitation for ecological environment of fishery water area in China, which was applied with comparative analysis and combined with situation and current condition in China. It was deemed that with the rapid development of economy in China, the pollution and ruin on ecological environment of water area is more and more serious, fishery water area is facing severe threaten from ecological desertification, and ecological environment deterioration of fishery water area has become a main restriction factor of sustainable and stable development of China fishery in new age. It is the key issue to be solved immediately for the development of China fishery to strengthen the protection, rehabilitation and reasonable utilization for ecological environment of fishery water area.
