摘要
[目的]比较不同品种间核桃枝条酚含量的差异。[方法]选自山西省汾阳市核桃基地的7个核桃品种1年生枝条为试材,采用Folin-酚法和亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝比色法分别测定春季萌芽期核桃枝条韧皮部总酚含量和黄酮类化合物含量。[结果]供试的7个核桃品种中,中林1号和晋龙2号的总酚含量极显著高于其他品种,中林3号和西扶1号次之,礼品1号、薄壳香和鲁光极显著低于其他品种;中林1号和晋龙2号的黄酮类化合物含量极显著高于其他品种,中林3号次之,西扶1号、礼品1号和薄壳香含量均相对较低,鲁光显著低于其他品种。[结论]中林1号、晋龙2号和中林3号3个核桃品种的总酚和黄酮类化合物含量均极显著高于其余4个供试品种,由此推测,这3个核桃品种的抗寒性也相对较强。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to compare the difference of phenolic compound content in branches of walnut with different varieties. [ Method] With 1-year-old branches of 7 walnut varieties selected from the walnut base in Fenyang City of Shanxi Province as the tested materlals,the Falin-phenol method and sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrite calorimetry were used to determine the contents of total phenolic and flavonoids in phloem of walnut branches in spring germination stage. [Result] Among 7 tested walnut varieties,the total phenolic contents of zhonglin 1 and Jinlong 2 were significantly higher than that of other varieties, that of Zhonglin 3 and Xifu 1 were the second higher and that of Lipin 1 ,Bokexiang and Luguang were much lower than that of varieties. The flavonoids contents of zhongfin 1 and Jinlong 2 were significantly higher than that of other varieties,that of Zhonglin 3 was the second higher,that of Xifu 1 ,Lipin 1 and Bokexiang were relatively lower and that of Lugnang was much lower than that of other varieties. [ Conclusion] The contents of total phenolic and flavonoids of 3 walnut varieties like Zhonglin 1 ,Jinlong 2 and Zhonghn 3 were extremely significantly higher than that of other 4 varieties,so it was conjectured that these 3 walnut varieties could have a strong cold resistance relatively.
