摘要
[目的]比较4种堇菜科植物中绿原酸的含量,为充分利用堇菜科植物资源提供必要的理论依据。[方法]采用紫外可见分光光度法,于325nm波长处测定4种堇菜科植物中绿原酸含量。[结果]绿原酸含量在0~0.024mg/ml范围内呈现良好的线性关系(R2=0.9990),平均加样回收率为92.26%。4种堇菜科植物中绿原酸的含量分别为:辽宁堇菜19.40mg/g、毛堇菜17.09mg/g、紫花地丁14.09mg/g、深山堇菜10.95mg/g。[结论]4种堇菜科植物中辽宁堇菜绿原酸含量最高,达19.40mg/g。
[ Objective] The chlorogenie acid contents in four kinds of Violaceae were compared, which provided an essential theoretical reference for making use of Violaceae resource. [ Method ] Chlorogenie Acid content was determined at the wavelength of 325 nm by UV - visible spectrophotometry. [ Result] The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0 to 0.024 mg/ml (R2 = 0. 999 0), the average spike recovery was 92.26%. The contents of the chlorogenie acid were 19.40 mg/g in Viola rossii Hemsl. , 17.09 mg/g in Viola confuse Champ. , 14.09 mg/g in Viola philippica Car. ( Viola yedoensis Makino) ,10.95 mg/g in Viola selkirkii Pursh. [ Conclusion]The highest content of chlorogenic acid was 19.40 mg/g in Viola rossii Hemsl.
