摘要
介绍了农业劳动力转移理论的主要类型和内涵,分析了农业劳动力转移培训的意义和特点,提出了我国应构建农业劳动力激励、培训就业服务中介激励、企事业单位激励等激励机制,并构建劳动力转移和就业培训投入与效益协调的监督机制,构建相应的信息和就业服务机制,以更好的促进农业劳动力转移就业。
The main types and connotation of the theory of agricultural labor transference were introduced, the features and significance of training for agricultural labor transference were analyzed, and some mechanism was proposed, which included establishment of the excitation mechanism in agricultural labor, training employment service center, business unit and so on, monitoring machanisms of labor transfer and employment training inputs and effective coordination, and establishment of corresponding information and employment service mechanism were constructed in order to promote agricultural labor transference for employment.
