摘要
目的研究三叉苦的化学成分。方法利用多种柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据光谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果从三叉苦中分离出2个化合物,分别是赤式-3-(1′,2′,3′-三羟基)异戊基-7-羟基香豆素(Ⅰ)和β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)。结论化合物Ⅰ是新化合物,命名为三叉苦甲素(evodosin A);化合物Ⅱ是首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Evodia lepta. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by physicochemical characteristics and spectral data. Results Two compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as erythro-3 (1', 2', 3' trihydroxy) isopentyl-7 hydroxycoumarin (Ⅰ) and β-daucosterol (Ⅱ). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new one named evodosin A while compound Ⅱ is isolated from E. lepta for the first time.
