摘要
建筑固体废弃物和建筑垃圾危害很大,建议将这些固体废弃物和建筑垃圾进行收集、运输、场地堆放、分拈、归类,然后根据这些废弃物的具体情况,采用直接利用、加工利用和循环利用的技术措施,进行循环再生利用;提出建筑固体废弃物循环再生利用的措施和对策;通过建立循环经济产业链,形成物质的全生命周期清洁闭环流动的结构模式,使其产生巨大的经济效益并促使生态环境的良性循环,最终建立起循环型经济体系。
Considering the great harmfulness of construction solid wastes and rubbish, it is proposed to collect, transport, stack, separate and classify these wastes and rubbish, and to recycle and reuse by means of directly utilization, processing and utilization, and recycling and utilization. The paper puts forward some measures and countermeasures to reuse the solid waste and rubbish. By constructing industrial chain of recyclable economy, the structure mode of making the life cycles of materials into closed loops can be formed in order to generate great economic profit, promote the ecological virtuous circle and ultimately build recyclahle economy.
